Equestrian:
The Oberlin Equestrian Team is very busy preparing for regionals which will take place over the weekend of
March 11th and 12th. The team will travel to Lake Erie College on Saturday for the hunt seat portion of the
competition, and on Sunday the team will compete in the Western portion. Riders who have qualified for
regionals include: Tess Jewell, Lauren Fries, Emma Schechter, Erika Remy and Lillian Van
 Cleve.
The equestrian team had a very exciting weekend at IHSA regionals! Tess Jewell, Lauren Fries, Emma Schechter,
Erika Remy and Lillian Van Cleve all competed this weekend. Lauren Fries came in 5th place in her western class.
Overall the team came in 6th on Saturday and 7th on Sunday. We are sad to see the end of our season, but will
continue to practice for the rest of the year!
Dressage:
The Oberlin Dressage Team competed at their last Chagrin Valley Farms show of the year. Tess Jewell,
Phoebe Downer, Andy Larson and Jen Crainic all competed at Sunday's event. Jen Crainic came in 2nd in
both of her classes, with scores of 66.0% and 68.2%. Andy, Tess, and Phoebe also all had beautiful rides
and placed in all of their classes.

Last weekend the Manti road-tripped it out to Martinsville, Virginia for the CommonWealth Cup and played in the amazing 70 degree weather with teams from all over the east coast! It was a welcome break from the sleety weather in Ohio and everyone was feeling pumped. The A team played wonderfully and ended up 22nd in the tournament and the B team improved on everything from cutting to some sick flow on the field. Spring break in Myrtle Beach is coming up where the Manti will play mixed at High Tide, and after that it's a triple visit to Columbus! Lets go prey, Manti!
