Vinyasa Yoga is an all-levels flow class, meaning the movement flows from pose to pose using one's breath. This practice serves to elevate the heart rate while developing muscular endurance/strength/pliability. Vinyasa Yoga relies on healthy wrists, shoulders and low back.Â
