Brenna Sheldon earned Second-Team accolades while
Finley Gates and
Grace Porter were selected Honorable Mention.
"I'm certainly honored, humbled, and surprised by this award. I've been very fortunate to have had great mentors and supporters throughout my career starting with my coach as a student-athlete at Stetson, Pierre Pilote. The various AD's I've worked for as well as the head coaches I worked under at UVA (Brian Boland and Phil Rogers) have also helped me and supported me immensely throughout my career and I'm for ever grateful to all of them. They've all helped me define who I am as a person and a coach, said Ananiadis of the recognition. “Lastly here at Oberlin, the wonderful group of young ladies we had on the team this year as well as coach Erikson, all deserve this award. It was our collective effort that made this season a success."
