Wooster, Ohio – The College of Wooster scored early and often as it cruised to an 18-1 victory over the Oberlin College women's lacrosse team on Tuesday afternoon.

Oberlin (3-10, 0-5 NCAC) was out-shot 41-14 and was hindered by 26 turnovers.

Freshman Molly Bloom scored the lone Yeowomen goal as she cashed in an 8-meter attempt with 5:12 remaining in the first half.

Rookie netminder Madeleine O'Meara made 14 saves.

The Scots, who are now 10-2 overall and a perfect 5-0 in the NCAC, had 10 different players score at least one goal in the contest.

Oberlin returns to action when it plays host to Allegheny College on Friday at 5 p.m.
