Oberlin, Ohio – On a chilly day in Northeast Ohio, the Oberlin women's lacrosse team fell to Ohio Wesleyan in a hard fought match-up 26-14.
The first half of the game was an attackers dream as the two sides combined for a barrage of 25 goals. Ohio Wesleyan held solid advantage though as they found the net on fifteen occasions before the break. First-year

In the second half Oberlin simply could not slow down the attack from the visiting Bishops. The road team posted eleven second half goals including five of the first six to stretch their lead to 20-11 with just over twenty minutes left to play. Oberlin would score four more times, but it was not enough as they fell by a score of 26-14.
Sophomore midfielder
Alice Zicht led Oberlin in scoring on the day, tying a season best with five goals.
Lori Sako and
Grace Amber each netted a pair of goals for the Yeowomen; and first-year
