Oberlin, Ohio – The Oberlin College campus and surrounding communities are encouraged to join the Oberlin College women's basketball team in the fight against breast cancer on Saturday, February 13 at 2 p.m. in its home finale against Hiram.

The Yeowomen are taking part in the Women's Basketball Coaches Association Pink Zone initiative to raise money for the Kay Yow WBCA Cancer Fund. All fans in attendance are encouraged to wear pink and make a donation to this wonderful cause. Those who make any donation will get a free mini-basketball, while those who make a donation of $10 or more will receive a special edition Oberlin t-shirt.

For the second straight season the Yeowomen will be wearing pink jerseys to show support for the cause. In additional to the Pink Zone promotion, Oberlin will also be honoring its senior class of Kayla Brandt and Emily Chu Finkel prior to tip-off.

This will be your final chance to see the exciting women's basketball team at home this season so be sure to come out and support the team and the Kay Yow Cancer Fund.
