Oberlin, Ohio – The Movember mustaches have come and gone. Some were thick, some were thin, some were just ugly, but it was all for a great cause. The Oberlin College men's cross country team and athletics staff grew mustaches during the month of November to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer.

While the mustaches weren't the most glamorous, the results were rather impressive. The men's cross country team, led by Movember captain Kiron Roy raised $2,456 dollars that will be split between the Prostate Cancer Foundation (PCF) and LIVESTRONG.

The athletics department staff also generated $399 dollars for the cause – making the total Oberlin contribution $2,855 dollars.

There is still time to donate to and support our mission. To donate to the athletics staff team, the Yeo Mo's, click here. To add to the cross country team's efforts, click here.

We would like to extend a special thank you to all who donated and participated in Movember.
