Oberlin, Ohio – Longtime head field hockey coach Deb Ranieri is adding former Randolph-Macon goalkeeper Ashley Crouch to her staff, while head swimming coach Mark Fino welcomes the addition of Alex de la Pena as his top assistant.
Crouch, a 2009 graduate of RMC, twice earned First-Team All-Old Dominion Athletic Conference honors and played in the NCAA Division III All-Star Game this past fall.

de la Peña comes to Oberlin from St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York, where he served as an assistant coach for the last two seasons. He will work with Coach Fino in all aspects of the program, which include on-deck coaching, office administration and recruiting.
de La Peña is a 2007 graduate of nearby Baldwin-Wallace College with a bachelor's degree in sports management and business administration. He also earned a master's degree in education administration and leadership from St. Lawrence in 2009.
