Sarah Grabinski was named to the All-NCAC First Team, while
Lois Immerman and
Joelle Sesar garnered honorable-mention accolades, the league office announced on Monday evening.
“These three players had great seasons and helped our team improve in all aspects of the game,” head coach Kristen Hayden said. “Joelle has been a special player for us and we will miss her next season, but I am happy to have Lois and Sarah coming back next fall.”
Grabinski averaged a league-best 6.92 saves per game- totaling 90 stops in her 13 games of work. She also ended third in the NCAC with an impressive .811 saves percentage. Her best effort of the same came on October 29 when she registered a career-high 16 saves in a 0-0 double overtime stalemate against Ohio Wesleyan.
Immerman finished second on the team with three goals and tied for the team lead in assists with two.
This is the second year in a row and third time in her career that Sesar has earned All-NCAC Honorable-Mention honors. This past season she started all 17 games and recorded two assists.
